Everyone faces challenges in their lives that may cause stress, concerns, or behaviors that lead to a desire for change, to rebalance. In these times of transition it can be helpful to have a guide who is not a family member or friend; someone who can help by offering new ideas & help to create concrete goals to move toward positive change. My intent is to facilitate that process. I believe in addressing the “whole person”: mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually, in ways that fit you & your needs because it's You, by Us.
