Hi, I'm Lynn J Gardner-Roberts and I am your Balanced Living Coach.

Because I spent a lifetime believing I was not valued, wanted or worthy I attracted neglect, poverty, and stress into my life. I want to provide a few breadcrumbs for others to at least have some idea or gauge to get to where they want to be and be able to avoid some pitfalls that myself and others have been in that have resulted in self-neglect.
The ability to manifest what you want is a skillset, it can be learned, and it can be mastered. Using an integrative approach of individual counseling, group therapy, and workshops we guide you through a mental, emotional, and physical healing process by helping you discover yourself, determine your desired outcomes, and create balance in your life.

YouByUs Professional Services has partnered with Mindful Therapy Group enabling clients to use their commercial/private insurances from Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Permente, Premera, Regence, and United Healthcare. We currently do not accept state insurance.
