About the Event

 

Through this program we will learn the keys to Balanced Living through our Mental, Emotional and Physical Pillars by Identifying, Realizing, Accepting, Changing, Manifesting and Being.

Requirements:

• 42 day commitment beginning 3/1 (ending 4/11)

• Female

• Minimum 18 years old

• $75 commitment fee

• Access to a gym and/or weights

• Journal

• Attend Weekly  Group Accountability Sessions (in-person or virtual) Sundays at   6:30p PST and Weekly 1:1 Coaching sessions

• Commitment to change how you think, what you feel and do

• Commitment to becoming the best version of you!
