Professional Development Program

Maturing professional can happen at any stage of your career, what is important is that you seize the opportunity to take your skills and how you relate in your profession to the next level frequently.  This program is designed to move you move level 1 workplace style to Top Tier.  Each week we meet as a group and learn a new faucet of the domains of communication, emotional intelligence or professional attitude followed by a weekly one-to-one session with your coach to personalize and fine-tune your growth challenge activities.
